Privacy policy

We process account and contact details, consent records, names or labels, birth dates, birth times and certainty, birthplaces and coordinates, decision context, saved Circle profiles, product and payment references, Engine evidence, reports, expert messages, follow-ups, appointments, call events, and security or audit records.

Payment card or UPI credentials are entered with Razorpay and are not stored by Kundli Circle. Customer and astrologer file attachments are disabled.

We use information to authenticate users, create requested calculations and reports, process payments and refunds, assign astrologers, support chat and appointments, send transactional messages, prevent abuse, investigate reported content, comply with law, and maintain auditable service records.

We do not sell birth information or use it to build advertising profiles. Context does not alter deterministic Engine calculations.

Authorized information may be processed by Supabase for authentication and data, Railway and Vercel for hosting, Razorpay for payments, OpenAI for minimized evidence-bound report drafting, Resend for transactional email, and Daily for private calls. Assigned astrologers receive only the cases they are authorized to review.

Some providers may process information outside India under their contractual and security arrangements. We limit fields and credentials to the service that requires them.

Active case information is retained while needed to provide the service. Operational case and communication records are targeted for deletion or anonymization 24 months after closure unless a longer legal, payment, fraud, dispute, or safety hold applies. Payment and tax records may be retained for legally required periods.

Controls include private-by-default database policies, server-only provider keys, encrypted transport, immutable calculation and report versions, signed webhooks, restricted staff access, and audit events. No online service can promise absolute security.

You may review saved information, correct profile details, request deletion from account settings, withdraw optional consent prospectively, and contact us about access, correction, erasure, or grievance requests. Some records must be retained for legal obligations or to establish and defend claims.

Kundli Circle is for adults and is not directed to children. Do not create a child account. An adult may provide a child's information only where legally authorized and necessary for the requested family service.
