Data we use
Account details, consent, birth inputs, decision context, payments, engine evidence, reports, expert messages, and appointment records are used only to provide and secure the requested service.
Access and sharing
Case data is private by default. It is shared with an assigned astrologer only for an Expert Reviewed service, and with processors required for authentication, payments, interpretation, email, hosting, and private calls.
Retention and choices
Immutable calculation and report versions preserve auditability. You can request account deletion from account settings; legally required payment, fraud, and audit records may be retained for their required period.
Safety
Birth data is never placed in page URLs. Call recording is disabled by default. Reports are interpretive decision support and not medical, legal, financial, or guaranteed-event advice.
