You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Kundli Circle provides digital, decision-focused Vedic astrology reports. Expert services are not currently offered for new purchases.

Astrology is interpretive decision support. It does not guarantee events or outcomes and is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, mental-health, safety, or other qualified professional advice.

You are responsible for accurate names, birth dates, times, places, coordinates, decision context, and contact details. Mark approximate or unknown birth times accurately. Output availability and confidence can change when inputs change.

Before submitting another person's information, you must have their permission or another lawful basis to do so. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

Current prices and inclusions are shown on the pricing page and again before payment. The server-side catalog controls the final amount. Payment is processed by Razorpay and fulfillment starts only after verified capture.

Delivery times are targets, not guarantees. Provider outages, input issues, quality checks, or expert availability may delay delivery. We do not replace a failed calculation with invented output.

Expert Reviewed is fulfilled only after an astrologer accepts the assignment. Availability, language, and scheduling can vary. Calls are private, limited to authorized participants, and recording is disabled by default.

Rescheduling and cancellation follow the policy snapshot shown for the appointment and the cancellation and refund policy.

Do not impersonate another person, harass users or astrologers, submit unlawful content, probe security controls, automate abusive requests, scrape private areas, interfere with providers, or use the service for discriminatory or high-stakes automated decisions. Customer and astrologer file attachments are disabled.

Kundli Circle software, branding, report formats, ruleset documentation, and original explanatory content belong to LightSapein Private Limited or its licensors. You may use a purchased report for personal purposes but may not resell, systematically reproduce, or misrepresent it.

We use reasonable care to operate the service, preserve calculation provenance, and protect customer information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely from an astrological interpretation, indirect losses, or failures outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for that service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith through support; mandatory consumer rights and competent-court rules continue to apply.
