Digital delivery policy

Fulfillment begins after verified payment capture. The current target is within 60 minutes, subject to valid inputs, Engine availability, and automated quality checks. The report appears in My readings and a full report is sent to your account email when it is ready.

Expert services are not currently offered for new purchases. For earlier purchases, the delivery target was within 24 hours after payment, subject to astrologer acceptance and availability. Consultation scheduling opens through the private case workflow after the applicable expert steps are complete.

Sign in with the purchasing account to access reports, messages, and appointments. If delivery exceeds the stated target, contact admin@kundlicircle.com with a non-sensitive case reference. We will investigate, retry safely, or apply the cancellation and refund policy.
